Oh my god, what a day I had yesterday. Absolutely awful!! I went to the local library to take some books back, and I logged onto the library catalogue to check whether my library had any books on Henri De Toulouse Lautrec, and there were three books in Huyton library that I was going to check out and see if they were good to help me complete my essay, because apparently, at Carmel College library, you can't take books out during the holidays, which is the most stupid thing I've ever heard. So I went all the way to Huyton Library, and the books I couldn't find, so I asked for some help, and the librarian told me the books I wanted were upstairs, which is closed for refurbishment and works for 4- 5 weeks. What a joke. Someone does not want me to do this essay. I'm going to go to college on Monday and take out the book I originally wanted to look at, and start my essay on Monday night, and hopefully I can ask some of my tutors if they know any reliable sites on the Internet, or if we have any books in the Graphics cupboard that I can use.
As for my fireplace, that is coming along well, I painted it today, and hopefully it won't need another coat tomorrow and I can start filling in the details. I'm really pleased with how it's looking and I need to buy some small tea lights so I can use those to light, and for other people to light. I also need to assemble my fireplace, but I can do this when I get to college, so it is easier to transport in on Tuesday!!
